How is Tatrol priced?
Tatrol ERP is priced to your scope — the users, modules and deployment you need — so we put together a tailored quote rather than a list price. Tatrol POS has published monthly plans (Starter and Pro) with a 30-day free trial.
Cloud or on-premises?
Both. Run Tatrol as a hosted service managed by Smartfric, on a dedicated private cloud, or entirely on your own servers.
Does it support mobile money?
Yes. Tatrol integrates natively with MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money for collections and disbursements, with every transaction posting to your accounts.
How long does implementation take?
Rollout is phased. Many organisations onboard their first key modules within days to weeks, not months, and expand from there.
Can we customise it?
Yes — without code for most needs. Add custom fields, record types, print formats, workflows and translations to match how you already work.
Is our data secure?
Tatrol includes field- and document-level role-based access, an immutable audit trail, multi-level approvals, encryption in transit and at rest, automated backups, session timeout and two-factor authentication.
What about moving our existing data?
Historical data is imported during the migration phase using bulk import tools and migrators from common accounting packages.
